Join us for the 2009 Sarah’s Cure 5K and Kids K Fun Run on Saturday, October 17, 2009
in downtown Decatur, TX. This is for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels.
The Start/Finish Line will be at the historical Decatur Courthouse. The run will go through
the streets of downtown Decatur. There will be water and fruit provided for all runners.
Awards will be given to the top 3 runners in each age group and all Kids K participants
will receive an award.
Proceeds from this benefit will go directly towards research and finding a treatment or cure for Galactosemia via Galactosemic Families of the Southern States (GFSS) www.galactosemiasupport.org, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

7:00 am – Registration & Packet Pickup
8:00 am – Kids K Fun Run Start
8:30 am – 5K Run Start
9:30 am – 5K & Kids K Awards

This year all runners will wear a computer chip that registers when you cross the starting and finish lines ... eliminating the lag time between the starting gun and the time you cross the starting line.
Also, this allows you to see your results instantly and accurately. The event is growing each year and we appreciate all who have participated in the past. We hope to see you again this year!
